Super clean and Super Friendly Hotel!
fresh food clean pool
The food was cooked fresh to order. Every dish was amazing! I also really enjoyed laying on my terrace. I could soak up the sun whenever I wanted. The pool was super clean. and it was so easy to find sunbeds.

superb stay
maintained grounds heated jacuzzi great breakfast
the hotel grounds were very well maintained. the pool and large jacuzzi were heated. It was fantastic (perfect for a relaxing dip!). breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. I really appreciated the service from the team.
the hotel is up a bit of a hill, which might be difficult for some people. while the bus stop near the hotel is convenient, the walk back up could be challenging.

the main pool was heated and very clean. there were also three pools available . the grounds are very private, it was very enjoyable.

the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly at reception. they were attentive and accommodating to our needs. we were greeted with a bottle of cava upon arrival (what a treat!).

modern design jacuzzi view spacious room great shower
The hotel has two levels and a modern design. check-in included percesso and chocolates. That was a nice touch. i had a room overlooking the jacuzzi. The view was lovely. the room was spacious and super clean. the shower was great.
i found one small thing, there was a slight hill to reach the main strip. it's only a seven-minute walk, though. a taxi costs only 3 euros if you prefer a ride.

the staff was very helpful during check-in and throughout the stay. i noted that cleaning staff were friendly and meticulous. fatima at reception was especially helpful.

breakfast was included and offered real sausages and bacon cooked to order, which i appreciated. the poached eggs were also very good. sam and the team at the restaurant provided excellent service.

Fantastic Stay in a Junior Suite!
spacious suite large bed great breakfast
The junior suite I had was spacious. It included a super large comfortable bed and a fridge. The coffee machine worked great, and the hot shower was very good. The staff offered excellent service throughout the hotel, everyone was nice (I loved that!). The breakfast was fantastic. There were lots of options with fresh fruit, cakes, breads, and cheeses.
The hotel is at the top of a hill. It might not suit some people.

The hotel has a heated pool and a jacuzzi pool. There is lots of space around the pools with plenty of shade. Breakfast included both a self-service Continental buffet, also hot cooked food served to the table.

clean hotel fresh fruit unheated pool disappointing jacuzzi
my room was super clean. the hotel food was also good to eat. breakfast did have fresh fruit and good cakes.
the pool was not heated at all, what a bother. i could not use the jacuzzi neither, this fact was really disappointing

some things were good, others, not so much
thin walls bad soundproofing
the cleaning staff worked hard to keep everything immaculate, which i guess is something.
I had issues with the noise. the walls seemed really thin and i could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the hallway. It made relaxing difficult. i think they could invest in some better soundproofing.
