convenient location ample space helpful staff
The location is convenient, situated directly across from the Southern Cross station. The room provided ample space, which I greatly appreciated. I found the reception staff to be particularly helpful .
The bathroom design presented a slight inconvenience, as water tended to splash outside the shower area.

complete flood no ac
The breakfast choices met expectations. There was a decent variety.
i booked the loft room, and there was no ac upstairs, it became very toasty! taking a shower resulted in a complete bathroom flood. reception sent housekeeping but couldn't move us. the next day i managed to move. it was not a great start, honestly

excellent location good water pressure easy transfers
The location proved convenient. spencer street station was across the street. this made airport transfers very easy. Skybus terminal was only a short walk. the shower featured good water pressure. This was very refreshing after a long day.
the tv was somewhat obscured by a large lamp and a floral arrangement.

outdated television poor design
The hotel is near restaurants and shops, convenient.
The outdated television lacked streaming capabilities. The bathroom had a poor design with a handheld shower head and narrow screen, SO water splashed across the floor. This issue had been reported before, but was not resolved, causing some frustration.

rough towels slow lifts
The towels felt a bit rough. They could use a higher quality. the coffee cups in the room were also quite small, almost comically so. there was little space to comfortably prepare a cup. additionally. The lift service was slow at times. There was a noticeable delay, especially during peak hours. the lifts needs to be updated..

small room dirty glasses
The hotel is conveniently near the train station, an aspect I found acceptable for my travel plans.
The room felt quite small (smaller than expected), and the bathroom sink was tiny. Water splashed everywhere when I washed my face. the drinking glasses were not properly cleaned. Housekeeping put them back in the cabinet dirty. I found these issues quite annoying and disruptive.
