broken door poor documentation

i booked this place for nostalgia since my parents liked it. sadly, the wardrobe door was broken when i arrived. then, they moved my belongings to another room, but housekeeping packed everything up since the night manager didn't tell them. what a mess.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Early check-in was available, allowing me to settle in quickly after arriving. I also appreciated the option for a late check-out, though the room upgrade didn't affect my stay much, I didn't ask for it though it was offered at check in. The room was quiet.

quiet room central location

i found the hotel's location to be excellent. it was very close to the theatre and little bourke street precinct (everything felt very central). the room i stayed in was large and quiet.

easy access ample space really good service

the location provides easy access to various parts of the area including trains and trams i stayed in a beautiful king street view room that offered ample space during my three nights. the staff treated me with really good service attending to every need promptly.

the elevator noises were noticeable through the ductwork which was slightly bothersome.
