handy location large lounge
I really enjoyed the handy location. Museum train station is only 100m away! The family room was so big. It features a large lounge with twin beds, a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, and a bathroom.
The shower pressure fluctuated and the hot water turned cold unexpectedly.

Convenient and Clean Urban Stay
convenient location spacious room fresh sheets
The location is very convenient. I found it easy to walk to good restaurants and both Central and Museum Stations. The room was larger than many in the CBD, which I appreciated. The room was clean, with fresh sheets and towels provided.
I had to wait to check in because the room was not quite ready, a bit inconvenient. the desk had some food stains, and some surfaces were not properly wiped down.

uneven experience
noticeable dust outdated fixtures
the room was large enough for my needs.
the cleanliness was questionable.. there was noticeable dust in corners. also, the bathroom fixtures looked outdated. i requested additional towels, but they never arrived. i found this quite frustrating.

The cleanliness was not great considering what i paid. i noticed quite a bit of dirt under the bed and the bench near the tv. the breakfast also was not varied. The cheese looked dried out and not fresh

the queen room was very clean. i appreciated the close proximity to many restaurants and bars. overnight parking was simple as the hotel facilitated a rate with secure parking next door. the hotel restaurant was reasonably priced with good service and wine.
the lighting in the bathroom was poor. the taps in the shower were mislabeled with no water pressure, so washing my hair was tedious.

The gym includes several treadmills with stationary bikes for guest use. there is also a pool area. It has over twenty loungers and includes a shaded area for relaxation and guest comfort.

the hotel restaurant offered a selection of reasonably priced meals. i found the wine list quite good with various options by the glass! the breakfast buffet included hot and cold options.
