I found the staff very helpful. They stored my bags before check-in, very convenient. The location is also great, just a short walk to many key areas. I especially liked that the building had a unique style and my room offered a comfortable experience.
I noticed the room was a bit small. More hanging space would be really helpful, because it was a bit of a challenge to manage my clothes. Larger bathroom shelf space would also improve organization in the room.

The room was clean and well kept, with a comfortable bed and adequate lighting. I found the decor appropriate for the style of the hotel and the provided amenities suited my needs . The room was quiet, nice for restful sleep.

The Italian restaurant next door offers delicious food and the ambiance is great for both casual and formal dining, so I recommend future guests consider visiting it . Locanda dell'Orso provided excellent service and the menu had diverse options.

The hotel provided parking for a reasonable price. It allowed convenient access to downtown amenities. The availability of parking made it easier to explore the city without the stress of finding public parking. The hotel ensured secure storage for vehicles.

I found the location very convenient for sightseeing. Canada Place was within easy walking distance. Access to transportation and dining was also very easy. The staff offered helpful advice about the neighborhood.
Street noise at night made it difficult to sleep soundly.
