The staff always helped with everything i needed. Their restaurant suggestions were great. the location nears front street. It nears shopping too. getting a ride share was very easy. It meant less waiting.
The gym pass was not included. It meant extra cost for entry.

I enjoyed the wonderful breakfast. It wasn't a buffet, and the ample choices, like omelets made to order, felt so special! the room was surprisingly quiet. The downtown location didn't hinder a peaceful night. it was a great comfort.
The parking access was a bit difficult at first. Figuring out the entrance and what was going on took some time. i wish there was a clearer guide.

The hotel provided convenient access for getting around. The hop-on and hop-off bus tour was easily accessible. it was easy to visit many points of interest, especially with limited time. The central position made everything so easy!

The staff assisted with luggage promptly. The room included a Nespresso machine. Bottled water was also available daily. I found the location near Granville Station very convenient. CF Pacific Centre was steps away. Many diverse food options are located nearby too.

The hotel is near Waterfront station and the city center station. This made getting around the area very easy. Walking to many sites only took a few minutes. It was wonderfully accessible.

The breakfast included a choice of three options each morning. I selected an omelet. It came with very tasty potatoes. I also saw that there was a connected bar, it served food and drinks late.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the facility was well kept and clean. breakfast was included and it was a full, served breakfast every morning not buffet style. i found the pub restaurant attached next door convenient.
i had some small difficulty with parking because the garage is not directly attached to the hotel building. it is located just around the corner and requires a short walk
