old furniture minibar refill
The room i get, a standard double room city view, it weren't what i expect. the furniture seemed old and lack maintenance. finding coffee pods took too much time. I had to request them instead them bein ready. the minibar, it never got refilled after i used some stuff. its poor planning i think.

The location was central, about a 10-minute walk to the train station. The beach was also just a 10-minute walk. I found the receptionists helpful. Breakfast each morning was enjoyable, especially the lovely garden surroundings. The hotel had a good selection of breakfast items.
My room seemed a bit tired. It looked like some things needed sorting. I noticed no coffee pods were available initially. I had to ask for them on the second day. The minibar items were not replenished after I used them.

The staff welcomed me warmly, and their attentiveness enhanced my stay. I found the location convenient, placing me near the train station, beach, and main street. It suited my explorations perfectly. The garden provides a calm setting. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast amid such natural beauty.
The bathroom was a bit on the smaller side.

The front desk crew answered my questions helpfully, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Marlena, Alexandra, and Chiara handled every request with a smile. Whether it was help with parking or restaurant reservations, I knew they handled it effortlessly.

just okay, i suppose
water stains empty minibar
the ROOM walls looked kind of scuffed. i did noticed water stains on the wallpaper, it made me wonder. the minibar? almost EMPTY. i had to call down to get more water, such a hassle honestly.

The minibar was a little sparse. I hoped for more options. I also found the coffee pods were not automatically replenished. I had to ask for them on the second day. This was a minor inconvenience but noticeable. I think the hotel could address these details .

adequate hotel near the center
friendly staff convenient location faulty air conditioning poor soundproofing
the staffs were very friendly and accommodating. my standard double room city view included a tv with international channels. the location was advantageous.
the air conditioning was not functioning effectively. the lack of adequate soundproofing meant i could hear noise from the street and the room next to me.
