amazing stay

beautiful building friendly staff spacious room
the building had a beautiful design. staff members were professional and friendly, especially mrs m allouch. the location provided convenient access. our spacious room featured a comfortable bed. the hotel also offers dog-friendly accommodations and great terrace views.
dining proved to be very poor . the bistro offered a terrible experience from start to finish.

the room was large and well-appointed with a comfortable bed. a separate shower and wc were available. plenty of storage space was available for luggage and personal belongings.

Underwhelming Stay with Service Lapses

The service felt inconsistent and disorganized. Staff seemed untrained, especially during breakfast. I ordered a coffee and waited a long time. The food quality also missed expectations. The hotel interior was bland, not matching the grandeur of its exterior.
