decent facilities, but some noise issues
loud musicunclean bath
I had some issues . the noise from the gym was disruptive. Loud music started at 6:30 am (despite signs indicating a silent period), which was very annoying. i also found the bath to be unclean. There were long hairs in it, made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. it made me uncomfortable.

the staff was very friendly. they were also very helpful at all times. the location worked well for our plans. it was near the family event we went to.

The receptionists were helpful , especially one named Georgia. All the staff seemed friendly and always ready to assist. We enjoyed the convenience of the bar , the relaxing pool , and the efficient gym. Parking presented no issues , and the television offered a better selection than many other hotels.
The hotel rooms, I noticed , tend to get quite hot , and the small window openings didn't help cool the room quickly enough. The air conditioning struggled to keep up.

i found the room a bit too warm on arrival windows only open slightly this made it hard to cool the room quickly air con didn't seem to help much there was also noise from outside at night i struggled to sleep well due to the temperature and noise the bed wasn't very comfortable either

Every staff member I met was helpful. I had a twin accessible room. It had everything I needed. The beds were comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast offered a good selection and I ate twice in the grill (it was fine).

the outside area was really clean. the room overlooked the car park, but the double glazing blocked the noise. plenty of tea, coffee was in the room. the bathroom had a great shower and a very comfy bed.
