the rooms were cleaned daily. i got fresh towels. i thought the reception area was very clean. the beds feel really comfortable. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. the spa and pool area are great too.

the metro is just a minute walk. bus stops are close. the tram in different directions is close too. lots of bars are just around the corner. cafés are nearby too.

i found the staff friendly, it felt accomodating. the breakfast was good, it had plenty of choice. location had advantages because walkable to the metro.
the rooms are small suites, the noise cancellation was very poor. there were aspects do not align with a four-star hotel. basic spa items like gowns are charged.

the breakfast buffet had many choices and the food was constantly replenished. the location includes a convenient taxi stand right outside the hotel, so transportation was easy to find.
i found that the room had a fairly large gap under the door! this allowed light and sound to enter.

the staff were friendly and helpful. lots of taxis were right outside the hotel, very convenient. the bar provided free welcome sangrias, a nice touch.
i could hear noise from the streets every night, the walls seem thin. the pool was cold. i also found a dirty cup in my room.

the room needed some updates, with visible wear. there was noise from nearby clubs at night. the gym seemed small and could use more equipment.
