the staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. the location is excellent with many attractions within walking distance. i found a great bonus with the rooftop bar offering amazing views.

The hotel's decor is just beautiful! the bar looks like a library. It is lovely. the staff was very nice and very cute!!! the location is super centric, i could walk to a lot of places!
i did notice that the staff were not very warm. i had to change rooms because the initial room was not cleaned properly. after my complaint, i was not asked if i was satisfied.

the location is central it made exploring simple i found the staff helpful with directions the breakfast offered many choices the housekeeping staff kept my room very tidy.

The room looked amazing and had everything I needed. The staff is very friendly and professional (very helpful). The hotel is aesthetic and on the main city center avenue.
The staff was not very warm, in my opinion. I had to change rooms two times because the room had not been cleaned properly. After my complaint, nobody asked me whether I was satisfied (which was a bit disappointing).
