great location helpful staff tired decor wall stains

the location was really great. i walked to many places without problems. the staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast was good with a nice variety. luggage storage was available and useful since my flight arrived early.

the decor in my room seemed tired. it needs redecorating, i think. i saw stains on the walls around the sink. also the sealant around the wash basin looked poor.

The hotel has a very central location. The main attractions are within a reasonable walking distance. The room was well equipped and very clean. Breakfast was great (especially the coffee!).

the staff was helpful when i asked for directions to nearby attractions.

my room was quite disappointing. the air conditioning did not work, so the room was uncomfortably warm. additionally, the mini-bar was not stocked, a real letdown after a long day.

The hotel boasts an really good location, a mere stroll from key attractions. I loved the short walks. The staff exuded warmth and were always on hand to assist, which I appreciated. I found the room to be very clean and quiet, nice for restful evenings.
