excellent room size good shower fast internet wild party noisy furniture removal early start
the room size was excellent and i liked the good shower. fast internet was available, and i found free coffee and tea. i had dinner at the restaurant, and it was good.
they gave us rooms overlooking a hall were there was a wild PARTY till 3:30 in the morning. to make matters worst from 7:30 am they started removing the furniture and features from the party hall. i find this very annoying.

helpful staff funky interior comfy bed
The staff at reception proved really good. They assisted me kindly with directions and local tips. My room had a cool interior design. I especially liked the coffee and tea which was accessible on each floor. The bed was very comfy.
The room seemed a little dark, without much natural light. It felt very bare and minimal.

The hotel offers free tea and Nespresso coffee, along with sparkling water on the landing. Guests find fruit available. Fast Wi-Fi speeds operate throughout the hotel, I had no problem using it.

The staff seemed helpful and efficient. I appreciated a warm and friendly welcome. I observed the staff helped other guests with airline suggestions, which seemed to be very kind of them.

Breakfast offers simple but excellent options. The hotel displays local artists' work. I enjoyed the art in the breakfast area. Many guests have the opportunity to transform the art into frames.

The room included good lighting. The room also was super clean. Power outlets were located near the bed head. I could easily set the room temperature to my liking, which I appreciated.

Woohoo! my room had a comfy bed and great-smelling toiletries. i super appreciated having coffee and tea on each floor, that was neat. naiara was helpful when my flight got canceled. She let me stay in the same room an extra night! thanks naiara!

i really appreciated the efficient check-in by the airport staff. the hotel design felt new and quite nice. breakfast included a good variety of options. i also got a discount for parking in the adjacent garage.
the room lacked proper storage, forcing me to live out of my suitcase.

The location was great. Though the less attractive side. a tram stop is only a minute away. it is a short walk into town, and supermarkets are nearby. I liked that.
