the breakfast was quite complete. the staff were friendly.
I was very frustrated because the room was damp, and there was a musty smell. the radiator wasn't working properly, so they gave me a blow heater. It didn't help much! also, the tv was useless, i couldn't watch anything.

The breakfast met my expectations with a good selection of items.
The room I received was not ideal. It seemed quite noisy late into the night. I also noticed that the lighting in the room was inadequate. The standing lamp was to be just for show because the bulbs were not working.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. the food in the restaurant was excellent. the hotel suited perfectly for easy access to the area but it remained far enough to be relaxing (which i really needed!).
I found the breakfast bacon to be quite hard. It was a very slight issue though.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. The location proved convenient, offering free parking, a big plus. I also found the restaurant meals excellent with a great range to choose from. They easily accommodated my food allergy.
The tv only had five channels, and the phone in my room did not work. I had to go to the reception to report the issue.

The double room i had was gorgeous, clean and functional. I found the provided tea and coffee facilities very practical (especially with the biscuits!). There was an excellent shower with good water pressure.

I found the reception staff to be very helpful . The bar staff in The Snug were also great. Their helpfulness. The hotel was immaculate, and the check-in process was smooth.
The TV in the room only had limited channels, and the phone was not working. I reported these issues but doubt anything was done.

the evening meal tasted great, i must admit.
the room had this interesting damp smell, not really what i was expecting. the noise from some fan outside made it hard for me to sleep. i did consider reporting it, but i'm too tired after a long day.
