Really good Service and Beautiful Grounds

glorious stay great care fantastic service attentive staff
Everyone working there. Alexandro at the front desk booked my stay with great care. Tim, Chris, and server Alexandro were fantastic. Ollie, Theo, Jenna, Emilia, Jasmine, Pepe, Kamil, Susan, and Scarlit were detailed ensuring I had coffee and water. Leigh was there in the morning, and Luciano and Alfonso also helped.
Gluten-free was difficult to organize in the bar. the chef made arrangements.

The hotel offered sweeping views of the lake. Amazing artwork and sculptures dotted the grounds. Really kind staff provided great service! I also found the quiet location very relaxing.

freshly prepared breakfast unique art
the hotel welcomed us warmly. breakfast was freshly prepared and the staff remembered our preferences, a nice touch. the grounds offer beautiful walking paths,! and i noticed many unique art pieces throughout the hotel.
the tv in the room had limited channels but i didn't watch it much.
