the location was on the beachfront! we enjoyed the fine views. our room was spacious and cleaned daily.

The air conditioning was set to a default temperature, i couldn't adjust it to my liking. the gym was rather small. There were only two treadmills and one stationary bike. the 'sunset king room sea view' i had wasn't particularly soundproof. i could hear street noise late into the night. also, the bathtub water never got quite hot enough, it was lukewarm at best.

The breakfast included coffee and many food options. The staff was friendly and helpful . The housekeeping service was very efficient and kept my room nice. I found the room size satisfactory for my needs.
The water was not quite warm enough for a bath. I also noticed there was no soundproofing as I could hear my neighbor's conversations. These issues impacted my overall comfort. I think they need to look at that.

This hotel is located centrally. The decor resembles a Tarantino film set. The staff were attentive. There is access to a larger resort next door (it is its sister hotel).
I found the hotel a little worn, definitely not close to a true five-star experience.

The breakfast featured a full complimentary menu. I found a broad variety of meal choices available. The coffee was strong (which is definitely a plus for me!).

The hotel has beach access right across the street. I noted many restaurants and bars nearby. A shopping center is within easy walking distance. The ferry pier to Islands is also close.

The front desk staff were very helpful and polite. I noticed they promptly addressed all my needs. They even found a hair tie for me (i was so happy!).
