cozy stay close to union square
great location cozy room friendly staff
the location is great with transport options available. rooms are cozy and stylish, especially nice during winter, a highlight was the afternoon wine hour and the staff was very friendly. i would happily stay again.
the bathroom fan was quite dusty. i found it a bit unpleasant.

musty odor paper-thin walls
The location was decent. I could walk to a few places without too much trouble.
The room had a persistent musty odor. I suspect there was some mold. the breakfast was a joke. All carbs and nothing substantial. plus, the noise levels were quite high. The walls seemed paper-thin.

my room was a beautiful king room. the room was quite spacious. breakfast was included. the staff provided excellent customer service.
the entrance has no ramp so i had to drag my luggage up the stairs. the outside noise was a problem. the furniture was old.

constant banging mildew traces
the fireplace was a nice touch given the cooler weather it provided some warmth to the room
my room was quite noisy i heard constant banging sounds throughout the night the window curtain also didn't fully close allowing light to seep in early in the morning the bathtub had some mildew i did not like that
