I loved how quickly i could get to local spots. chinatown and little italy were right there! the skyline view from the 10th floor facing north. was lovely! also, the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Super hot. two complimentary water bottles showed up daily, great after walking all day. breakfast had a different meat option every day too!
the front desk refused to accept my company's credit card authorization, so i had to use my personal card. they also put a hold for extra fees on my card which i didn't expect.

kamari is a gem. she really excels at her job! she is very thoughtful. i always get a floor mat for the shower, so useful! my room stays so clean, and it smells refreshing. my cats are not fans of the vacuum, but kamari is the best!
it felt more like a motel. the lobby is not very nice, and it's also small.

the location provides convenient access to public transportation routes. the room had a nice view from the balcony. i definitely plan to return to this hotel given the chance.
the breakfast was standard fare served on plastic tableware. the carpet needed vacuuming because it was full of sand. i hope future guests experience a better stay.

I appreciated the hotel's convenient location. Many shops and restaurants surrounded it. Access to the subway was quite easy too. Breakfast had delicious pastries, waffles, eggs, yogurt, bagels, muffins, cereals, coffee, and tea. Breakfast was AMAZING!!!
The room had a horrible STENCH.
