daily cleaning fresh towels
i found the location super convenient, a quick walk to grand central and subway connections. i really liked that the room was cleaned every day, and towels were refreshed daily!
the elevators felt a little slow, and there were only two of them.

dusty surfaces overpriced breakfast
The gym facilities were adequate, a positive aspect.
The room I got wasn't properly cleaned (not sure what the cleaning staff does). I saw a lot of dust on surfaces and found some hairs in the bathroom, very unpleasant (I was quite disgusted). the breakfast was overpriced for what they offered. The quality was not worth the cost.
