My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although near the freeway and slightly noisy at night, were surprisingly spacious and comfortable, with a unique feature of having a tablet for check-out and ordering extra amenities. The service provided by Esperanzo and Aracei was polite and efficient, despite a small hiccup in courtesy. The location, although close to the reception and a bit noisy due to nearby streets, offered a garden paradise feel, and the proximity to a conference was convenient. The dining experience surpassed my expectations with various food options and a quick order bar service. The hotel facilities were adequate, but there is room for improvement in terms of variety. Overall, a decent stay with some highlights and small drawbacks.
