My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. They gave away my room without any notice, and I faced a lot of trouble with communication regarding my reservation. However, the location is excellent, close to various restaurants and amenities, and the staff did try to help in some capacities. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you want to deal with significant issues.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. While the location was excellent and made it easy to explore the nearby restaurants and cafes, my experience was marred by some frustrations. Although the rooms were spacious, they lacked natural light and were a bit noisy in the mornings. Overall, I enjoyed the stay but wished for a bit more comfort in the rooms.
