the staff was so helpful, especially derick and nishady! i found the breakfast buffet had a good variety. the hotel location was ideal and peaceful.
the room was a bit small (but i managed just fine!).

the swimming pool is a reasonable size and the gym is good, i think (i didn't use it this time!). they offer a shuttle service to the mall of emirates and jumeirah kite beach.

The hotel offers a breakfast buffet. I really enjoyed it. the breakfast times are from 6:30 to 10:30. i also appreciated the fresh omelets, a cook prepares them for you.

the location is good and the surroundings are calm. the hotel is a short walk to the mall of emirates. also, there is a carrefour open 24/7 right next door.

the family room had two bathrooms, but only one toilet. in-room dining (room service) offered great quality food. the rooms are always so clean thanks to the friendly housekeeping staff.

I appreciated the sizable room. It easily accommodated all my needs. The staff members were friendly. The housekeeper Dil ensured my room was clean and well-stocked with supplies. Its proximity to the Mall of the Emirates is convenient, even with the ongoing road work.
The lack of available USB ports was a minor inconvenience. I needed them for charging my devices. Adapters would have helped. This is important .

The team was attentive and addressed requests quickly. Samuel and Naglaa were especially warm at breakfast. They greeted me with smiles. They made the meals more enjoyable!

The location offers easy access to the metro. It is close to the Mall of the Emirates. That mall has a ski slope. This makes the hotel convenient for shopping and activities.
