modern comfort at great location
contactless check-in free storage central air
check in had contactless service. i provided my details via whats app. i received the code to access the building and unit the day i was to check in. i needed luggage storage and they accommodated at no charge. the unit includes an elevator plus central air conditioning.
The bathroom door was broken. The hotel didn't fix it .

staff brought the suitcases downstairs. the rooms were located on the 5th and 6th floor and the lift didnt work. they were very helpful, bringing the suitcases downstairs on their own.

convenient location picture room helpful staff
the location was excellent it was right across from the town hall! the room looked exactly like the pictures and the code lock was awesome. the staff helped a ton carrying suitcases because the lift was out they were super nice.
the hall isnt really what youd expect for the price it asks.

convenient location government building view tasteful amenity clean room
i found the location convenient. the sixth-floor window offered a wonderful view of a government building across the plaza. amenities were tastefully arranged, with a coffee pot ready and fresh water provided. the climate control in the sparkly clean room worked well, too.
the sound from a bar on the first floor continued until 4 am.

i communicated via whatsapp with reception, and their response time was fast. a young man greeted me upon arrival, he completed my payment. he welcomed me warmly to the hotel, too.

The hotel sits in the city center, and this allowed easy access to various attractions. the location offered convenient walking distance to all the sites. This made exploration very easy.
