acceptable stay with minor issues
the hotel had a really great location.
the staff was polite, but i do feel they weren't very cute at all compared to other stays i had in portugal. the experience left me feeling a little bit down.

The location was superb. Everything was easily accessible. the staff was very friendly and always available to assist. the breakfast offered a good variety in a charming dining space.
The hotel car park was full. I was directed to a tight multi-storey a couple of roads away.

the staff's efficiency impressed me i received prompt help with every request. the hotel's design was like a museum it was beautiful. my room transfer was seamless the staff ensured my comfort. i found the location convenient for exploring nearby attractions.
the coffee pods in the room cost extra it wasn't clearly communicated.
