smelly towelsinfrequent change
the hotel refused to change my towels, even after staying four nights. they said towel changes are only for longer stays. the towels had a bad smell, i think they werent washed properly. this seemed unhygienic to me and made me not very happy.

small bathroommissing elevator
i was a bit let down by the bathroom situation. it was quite small, and the door didn't latch properly, awkward (especially when traveling with another adult). also, we had to climb over 45 steps to reach our floor because there's no elevator, and nobody offered to help with our luggage. that could be a real problem for some people.

my room was perfect. it featured a spacious layout and an excellent walk-in shower. i found the location really convenient.
the hotel lacked an elevator, which might pose a challenge for some guests with luggage.
