Decent stay with some issues
convenient kitchenette comfortable beds great location poor service broken dishwasher broken refrigerator
The location is great, close to the subway and the park. I found the rooms fantastic, especially the windows and the kitchenette. Showers were good, and the beds were comfortable.
The refrigerator and dishwasher in our room were out of order during our entire stay. Technical staff tried to fix them multiple times but were unsuccessful. I found the service poor, with no interest in providing a new room or any compensation.

great location clean room decent breakfast slow elevator poor view small gym
the location was fantastic, right near everything! i could easily walk to central park and times square. the room was also really clean, which i appreciated. breakfast had a decent variety, i found something yummy each morning.
The elevators were a bit slow. I sometimes waited longer than i liked. my room overlooked an alley, the view was disappointing. the gym was also quite small. It only had a couple of machines.

Excellent Stay With Amazing Views
great location lovely view helpful staff
The location proved GREAT. I was assigned a room on a high floor. It delivered a lovely view. The staff members were consistently helpful throughout my stay, ready to assist with any questions or requests i had. Breakfast had many choices and staff was very helpful!
I noticed the hallways to the rooms were VERY low lit. It made navigating the corridors a bit difficult, especially in the evenings. Brighter lighting would improve visibility and enhance the overall safety and ambiance.

Really good Stay
magnificent views comfortable bed relaxing stay fruit options
The views from the room located on a high floor were magnificent. The room itself was super clean and very well-kept with a very comfortable bed (I slept soundly each night). It was really quiet. I hardly heard city noise, so my stay was very relaxing. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety. I especially liked the fruit options.
The elevators can be a bit slow during peak hours, sometimes causing a short wait of a few minutes.

The hotel breakfast was tasty and had lots of choices! Free Wi-Fi worked really well. We were on the 48th floor and the views were very nice. I loved having such a high vantage point.
The gym equipment was slightly worn.

long wait lift delay
the room was tidy , and it had good amenities.
i experienced delays at check-in , i was told to return a couple of times even though my arrival was at the check-out time. waiting for the lifts sometimes took up to twenty minutes , it really dampened the experience.

chaotic breakfast area whimsical elevators
The breakfast area resembled a chaotic school cafeteria. I swear i saw someone juggling pancakes. also, the elevators seemed to operate on their own whimsical schedule. I half expected one to take me to another dimension. after a long day, you definitely don't want to wait for the elevators, trust me. the long waits are a pain.
