The room had air conditioning and it worked really well! I could set the temperature to exactly what I wanted. Breakfast included fresh fruit, breads and yogurt. The staff were friendly and super helpful.
The sound isolation could have been better. I could hear other guests in the hallway sometimes.

Location was great, I found dining options very close. The front desk service was nice. staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lovely bistro next door, it is accessible to many locations.
The room was close to the street, and I could not open the fixed window. It got quite noisy in the room, I would have prefered a quiter room.

A lovely bistro is located next to the hotel, it offers a convenient place to eat. Many bars and other restaurants are also nearby, which are great for a meal. Breakfast was a great start to the day.

The hotel is near many locations. Proximity to many landmarks is convenient. The manager provided helpful support regarding my stay. The hotel presented as clean and maintained a high standard. I felt SAFE .
Soundproofing in the room could be improved. External noises were SOMETIMES noticeable.

Breakfast options included a good selection. The quality was high for what was available. The hotel offers complimentary coffee and pastries in the lobby area during the morning hours for all guests. I LOVED this.

My room had comfortable beds with air conditioning. The room also contained a kettle plus tea and coffee supplies. Rooms have modern decor and are kept very clean. It was a PLEASANT experience.

Excellent Stay with Great Location

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a good selection of fresh items. The hotel is well connected to metro lines. The location near great streets for dining was a plus, so i recommend it.
The shower size was a bit small. It was hard to rinse properly due to the low water pressure.
