Despite being woken by noise due to the rear location, my room after the upgrade had all the amenities one could wish for, including a huge tub, robes, slippers, Apple TV with free movies in English, and even the use of an Apple computer. The great climate control added to the comfort, and the large bathroom was a nice touch.
I was looking forward to a hot bath after a very cold day of sightseeing. The rooms, unfortunately, were at the back of the hotel facing the courtyard, which should have been the quietest part of the hotel, but construction projects nearby started early in the morning. The room was full of black mold, broken fixtures, leaks, clogged drains, cobwebs, and an indescribable musty smell. It could have been better appointed for the price, which made it not good value.
I stayed at the hotel for two nights through Agoda and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms, located on the upper floors, were equipped with a great bathroom and shower. The hotel exudes a five-star atmosphere, but there was a noticeable crack in the mirror door. Despite this, my stay was lovely and quiet with plenty of free films to enjoy.
The hotel offers unique, stylish, and very comfortable rooms, although they are not spotless. The service is incredibly caring and polite, with a few instances of minor unprofessional behavior. The location is ideal for exploring popular attractions and shopping spots in a luxurious neighborhood. The dining experience is pleasant, with limited but excellent choices. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel is located just a 2-minute walk from the Champs Elysees, offering spacious rooms that are both clean and stylish, although slightly basic for a three-star hotel. The abundance of natural light adds a unique touch to the comfortable stay, even though the layout between two buildings might be a bit confusing at first glance.
