I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was incredible, with gorgeous views, but the rooms were quite disappointing - dark, gloomy, and noisy, lacking proper windows and basic amenities. The service was a hit or miss, with some staff members being charming and helpful while others were rude and unprofessional. The dining was great, but the early restaurant closure was a downside.
