great location rooftop view high noise faulty air conditioning
The location was great. It was close to many restaurants and shops. the rooftop view was also quite fine, particularly at sunset. it was accessible to all guests, day and night.
the noise levels were quite high during the night. i didn't sleep as well as i would have liked. the air conditioning also did not seem to function properly.

The staff offered breakfast early. That was acceptable.
The walls were thin! i could hear everything from other rooms, frustrating. the neighborhood was so noisy. I had to use earplugs. one receptionist was very rude while still smiling.

The staff helped me check transport arrangements. This. The location is within walking distance to big attractions. Monastiriki metro is only 4 mins away.
The neighborhood was noisy at night. I had to use earplugs.

fresh fruit helpful staff prompt taxi modern room
The breakfast had many options (i really enjoyed the fresh fruit). the staff was helpful and friendly. i arranged for a taxi through the hotel. It arrived promptly. the room was very clean and modern.
the street outside was somewhat noisy at times.

the hotel is centrally located near many attractions. i found it easy to walk to key sites and public transportation hubs. the proximity to restaurants and shops made exploring very convenient.
