This hotel offers really good service. The staff is very helpful. Maria provided assistance upon arrival and ensured my stay was perfect. The restaurant service, with Stratos, Asteria, and Rafaela, was also excellent. Cleaners came every day, and everything was super clean.
The hotel did not have a private beach. I had to go to nearby beaches, which cost money. It was a minor inconvenience, but otherwise my stay was great.

The staff was SUPER friendly. Francesca was helpful with her recommendations. I stayed in the sunshine junior suite with a private pool. The room received daily service, and the pool was amazing. The drinks were great, and the daily breakfast was fantastic with amazing views.
Our shower had mold. We had to step up over two feet to get into the shower. It was old. They provided two water bottles upon check-in, but further bottles required extra charges. We booked a premium room, but the shower and bath space were below average.
