nice grand canal experience
great advantage glorious artworks
the location proved superb. the hotel's proximity to the vaporetto stop from the airport was a great advantage. the artworks adorning the walls in the reception area were glorious (i must say).
i found the room lacked complimentary water. the room temperature was difficult to adjust as well. i had expected more for the price.

the hotel is magnificently located right on the grand canal. its proximity to san marco water bus stop made travel very easy. the hotel is approximately three minutes from san marco and is surrounded by many boutiques.

breakfast is available on the terrace, overlooking the grand canal. you can watch the gondolas preparing for the day during your meal. the hotel restaurant's murano glass tumblers added a beautiful touch. the breakfast had many choices.

the staff proved amazing in every aspect. i found the staff to be responsive, helpful, and kind. the concierge team and hk team are to be thanked. bernard and team were particularly helpful with our luggage.

the rooms had air conditioning and were quiet, despite the central location. the rooms featured a decor that felt very ventian. the hotel provides a beautiful double or twin room grand canal view. our room felt glamorous (i must say) and very comfortable.

prime location and great staff
amazing location spacious room
the location is amazing it is right on the grand canal near san marco vaporetto docks water taxi drop off was easy the front desk personnel were friendly too i found a spacious room with a balcony which was nice and neat.
