I found the front office staff to be so polite and efficient, especially sasha, she gave such a great first impression. the location is excellent. It's in the center, so convenient, and union square is very close. i also appreciated the bright room i had. the hotel building itself had a beautiful aesthetic.
during my stay, the hallways had a musty smell, a little off-putting at first.

The rooms include a large shower and bathroom. Everything was clean. the room also felt quite safe. the housekeeping service was superb and the rooms were very comfortable. This.

I noted the bellman, tuan, was super sweet and hospitable. He has been very friendly every time i stayed. the manager introduced himself. he always checked on my stay. He cares about the staff, the hotel, and especially the guests.

the hotel has easy access to nearby shopping and services, this made errands easy. the proximity to theaters and union square was very convenient. i was close to many great restaurants, which allowed me to explore culinary options easily.

The hotel restaurant is excellent. The food tasted fresh and delicious. breakfast was also wonderful. the hotel provides complimentary coffee always available in the lobby, very convenient.

Amazing Hotel Experience!

The staff was focused on friendly hospitality and guest comfort, especially Tuan, the bellman. He is cute. Ringing the bell by the check-in desk was fun, and free champagne was graciously offered. The decor is attractive and modern, with a nice bar with a good menu and entertaining bartenders. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, I found it great. A coffee bar is available throughout the day, a plus. I had an excellent experience overall. I was given complimentary champagne and a $30 dining credit at check-in, that was amazing!!!
The hallways looked somewhat like a bomb shelter. They were dark and a little narrow, with visible pipes. For the price, I would try other hotels, because other options understand customer service better. I definitely won't waste my money again here.
