broken elevator rude staff
the location was great AND breakfast was good, i thought.
the elevator MIGHT be broken. the staff was not very NICE. i was honestly shocked by the service i got.

free coffee clean room friendly staff
i found coffee readily available at all times. there was no charge for this service. my room was clean. i also appreciated that the staff were very friendly and helpful .
the electrical outlets in my room were limited. i think one more outlet in the living space would be quite helpful .

The hotel is near various transit options, which makes getting around the area very easy. a sports bar is located at the bottom of the block. A coffee shop called crostini & java is at the top, close to the hotel entrance.

Charming Stay in Prime Location
complimentary upgrade immaculate room prime location great value
Check-in was quick. The hotel provided a complimentary upgrade to a Beautiful King Room. The room was immaculate and well-appointed. The location made it easy to walk to nearby cafes and points of interest. I found the area to be safe for walking at night. The price was a great value.
The elevator looked dated, I was slightly concerned during its use.

The hotel offers complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby, accessible to all guests throughout the day. There are many places for parking near the street. The hotel had a nice style with all the designs in the rooms.

Staff members were always attentive and helpful with questions. They promptly provided requested information. They showed genuine care for my comfort. The staff addressed all needs efficiently.

helpful staff fresh water loud music bathroom door
The front desk staff were really helpful . I did have a room with no desk, but the staff found one from another room. Fresh water and coffee were provided in reception daily and it was handy.
My bathroom door didn't close . there was loud music played outside the front door late at night, an issue. I have never experienced something similar to it.

the bed provided great comfort, and i noticed the room was clean. the staff members were nice and helpful . i appreciated the 24-hour availability of coffee and tea in the lobby. the hotel's proximity to downtown, cable cars, and chinatown was convenient.
