The staff was helpful and pleasant. the location is very convenient. It's a short walk from the train station. a quick walk will get you to the cathedral, bell tower, and baptistery.
the ac emitted a pungent smell like rotten fish when i turned it on. i smelled sewage near my room. the front desk seemed aware of the issue and refunded me.

i discovered the air conditioning worked wonders the shower was fantastic and the room was very clean plus the location is seriously close to the train station i found the staff were friendly i'm super happy with everything. the staff found gluten free alternative for my mother during breakfast it was a considerate service i appreciated so much the normal food was also very tasty they had plenty of choice. the room had lots of character and the location was great for the city center i would definitely go back.

Breakfast had fresh items and varied choices with nice staff. They provided special touches every morning like superb bar coffee. Strawberries and cherries were placed on my table. Boconcinis came with fresh lovely Italian oil too. The location is very handy and close to the main train station.
I had to ask every day for the tea, coffee, and milk to be replenished in the room. Even that did not always work.

The staff was friendly, from the reception to the breakfast area. I found the location quite convenient. The train station is nearby and many attractions are within walking distance. The spa was a highlight of my visit. The breakfast was great with a diverse selection of items.
I experienced noise disturbances due to thin walls. I could clearly hear other guests, difficult to sleep on a couple of nights.
