I much admired the hotel's location, it allowed easy access to main attractions. The breakfast selection was excellent, it included many options. My room was well kept, the cleanliness was perfect. I found the rooftop bar especially notable, it afforded excellent views.
The room size was rather small, it was inadequate for luggage. Street noise was disruptive, it made sleeping difficult at times. The air conditioning unit was not very effective, it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. The bathroom lacked counter space, it made organizing toiletries difficult.

The location allowed easy access to all major attractions. the breakfast selection was amazing. i found the staff very friendly. They helped me locate a lost item. the rooftop terrace had lovely views.
the in-room coffee was only available in paper cups, a small detail!

I appreciated the staff's assistance before and . the location is very convenient, close to the duomo with easy access to restaurants. the rooftop bar is definitely worth a visit. I recommend making a reservation. i would certainly stay here again.
the noise levels were noticeable. the soundproofing needs improvement. it was easy to hear everything happening on the street.

the location is great, right in the center and within walking distance of many attractions.
The room i was given was quite noisy because it faced the street (i was on the second floor). It kept me awake until late at night. switching rooms helped with the noise, yet it was significantly smaller with less storage space, disappointing.
