the location was convenient.
the housekeeping seemed to have missed some spots. there were cobwebs. the shower head leaked. i also noticed the bedboard had chipped wood, a detail that really stood out.

the executive lounge afternoon tea was quite a letdown when compared to the pictures online. i found that the variety and quality of the offerings did not match my expectations. it's quite disappointing because the lounge itself is a pleasant space, but the tea service needs significant improvement.

I stayed in a Premier Suite. It had a large comfy bed. There was also a large walk in closet. I found a desk and an amazing bathroom. The bathroom had a jacuzzi.
I noticed some road noise at night and water flow sounds from the room above which was only slightly disturbing
