i appreciated the nice big bed with linens changed every day. it was really comfortable. i could control the temperature of the ac, very convenient (i prefer a cooler room). the location was convenient to malls and restaurants.
the gym could use some new equipment, but overall it was a minor issue.

my superior double room was super clean and it got all the usual stuff. the curtains makes the room completely dark from floor to ceiling, which i appreciate a lot. reception staff was so helpful when i had questions. they even let me check in early, since my room was free.
there was roadworks near the hotel. it made walk hard sometimes.

the hotel location was very convenient , close to the sky train and a large shopping center with many food choices. the staff was friendly and helpful. the rooftop pool provided a nice spot to relax away from the busy streets , a great perk after a long day.
i found the air conditioning to be quite noisy , , made it difficult to sleep comfortably at night. the noise was constant , so i had to turn it off despite needing it.
