absent housekeepinginconsistent hot water
the absence of daily housekeeping proved inconvenient. i expected fresh towels and a tidied room each day. this service was only available upon request after a seven-day stay i found this restrictive. additionally the hot water supply was inconsistent a reliably hot shower would have been appreciated.

the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a huge selection of items. personnel were superb and always ready to assist with requests. my room and bathroom were clean with sufficient warmth, i found this very cute.
Our double bedroom felt small, though it did include windows. chairs had visible stains. I noticed similar comments in other reviews. the red curtain also looked rather soiled.
