a decent experience
pool area great pools available activities beach activities extra charge kids club overworked staff unfriendly staff
the hotel is close to the beach. i also like there being activities available such as jet ski and snorkeling. the pools were great.
the kids club charged extra for kids. i think the hotel should include the kids club with the room rate. some staff seems overworked.

excellent spa engaging activities attentive staff
The spa was excellent and had highly trained therapists. I loved the kids club SO much. The staff separated the kids by age group and planned engaging activities every day. Breakfast staff, like Mila, were kind and attentive .
Hallways lacked effective air conditioning. the room's system worked adequately.

The bedroom walls felt thin, allowing some noise from other guests. HOWEVER, the room was lovely with many amenities. The accommodation provided all the comforts necessary for a relaxing vacation.

the hotel is well-located i found its proximity to local attractions very convenient. the mediterranean garden surrounding the pools was beautiful it created a peaceful atmosphere. the staff was friendly and efficient .
the hotel lacked evening entertainment that was disappointing. i noticed the housekeeping check happened early at 6 pm. i found the timing inconvenient. some areas of the hotel felt somewhat dated that detracted from the overall experience.

breakfast had extensive gluten-free options, a nice feature with dietary restrictions. i found the multiple pools very appealing, including an adults-only pool for relaxation.
the air conditioning in the hallways seemed ineffective, and it was warm even with the room's system running at full power.

I was pleased with the adult-only pool. It was quite relaxing. the breakfast had good options daily. the location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions. i also found the staff helpful. They were genuinely warm.
the gym was a bit small and had limited equipment. it only had a couple of treadmills.

The room was large. It was a good retreat from the heat. the dining area for breakfast was lovely. lots of outside space existed. staff were helpful.
The hotel needs updating, everything is grubby. the kids pool is great. It is covered, but all the sun beds are reserved. no night time entertainment is available for families. the fire alarm went off at three am on the first night.

wonderful service, excellent hotel
sea views friendly team quick order room upgrade
I was looking for something special after reading reviews, and i'm thankful i found it here. roulla at reception helped me with a room upgrade. It had sea views. constantenus, the f&b manager, and his team were attentive. andreea, ellina, and maria in the restaurants took my order quickly.
the only slight issue i found was a lack of readily available information about certain amenities, like the chef's treats, upon departure.

the hotel offers great access to nearby points of interest and amazing view is something to appreciate. it has a great position near the beach and restaurants. many places of interest are within walking distance of the location.

the room i stayed in was very spacious with lots of plug sockets for devices. it also had useful furniture inside and outside, a sun trap. a good retreat from the heat, it was a garden terrace.

the hotel staff are kind, helpful, and they always wore a genuine smile. eleni was very attentive to everyone at breakfast, and was always on top of her game. their service stands out.
