mixed feelings about this stay
repetitive menu lackluster shows
i found a couple of issues. the main restaurant became quite repetitive. there weren't enough variations in the menu, especially considering the length of my stay. also, the evening entertainment was lackluster. the shows were infrequent and didn't really cater to a broad audience, so i often found myself looking for something else to do.

fantastic stay
excellent service console access
the cabana service was excellent. aziz made loads of special cocktails for my family. it was my partner's 40th birthday and the staff provided balloons and a cake (they really went the extra mile!). the kids club was also great for kids and included ps5 consoles.
the gym was well-equipped. however, the standard room for a family of four felt shockingly small. at just 26 sqm, it was the tiniest room i have ever encountered (it really felt cramped).

dublex room delicious food clean pools broken lamp curtain issue minor issue
i found the dublex room really nice. food in the main restaurant was delicious and the outside food was pretty good too. pools were clean and different sizes are available for both adults and children.
the room had a curtain not properly fixed at the top. also, one bedside table lamp did not work. these issues was minor, but they affected my overall experience.
