breakfast each morning offered a generous selection of dishes at the buffet. ramy, a staff member, greeted me with a sincere smile and attentive service, really setting a positive tone for the day!!! i spent afternoons by the rooftop pool, enjoying refreshing drinks with fouad. the rooms were always super clean, spacious, and comfortable.
the check-in process took longer than expected. i waited a little over an hour to finally access my room. this delay was inconvenient, particularly after a long journey, and it was not an ideal start to my stay.

the noise from nearby events was excessive, with loud music late into the night. this disturbed my sleep. the bathroom also presented problems. The shower system was outdated and difficult to operate. i had to resolve a technical issue myself after multiple unanswered requests for assistance.

i had such a wonderful experience. the upgrade to a suite with a full nile river view was amazing i enjoyed the cake and decorations prepared for my arrival. every staff member was so helpful i must commend ahmed for making sure everything was perfect i felt so pampered. the fresh flowers changed daily were a sweet touch i really felt special. the in-room dining was beautiful with excellent service, they set up a proper table in the room making it extra special.
