the staff were friendly. breakfast offered a varied spread with high-quality food. the location was conveniently close to everything. excellent transport links made getting around easy. the included travel pass was a fantastic perk. i took great advantage of it .

the room cleaning was not done properly, and items such as soap were not replaced.

The staff was helpful and cute. I particularly enjoyed the varied and healthy breakfast. The location suited me as it was close to transport links. The train station and bus stop are a short walk. The travel pass proved very useful for getting around.

The lack of air conditioning in the room made it a bit uncomfortable during warmer days. The room cleaning could have been more thorough. Some items weren't replaced.

the breakfast was good and the staff are courteous. the view from the hotel garden facing lake brienz is amazing. i appreciate the warm hospitality.

the room cleaning was not done properly, soap and used tea bags was not replaced. the water was not put in place every day as promised. i have problem with the soundproofing.

i found the staff very helpful with directions. public transport access was convenient. i was able to take a short walk to the train station. the breakfast offered a good selection of local products.

the room cleaning was inconsistent . some days items like soap were not replaced. the promised daily water replenishment was not always fulfilled. i also found a used tea bag left in the room.
