uncomfortable bed pesky mosquitos
The room was a good size the bathroom was nice.
The room was dusty the bed was not comfortable and I had mosquitos flying around my head I did not get good sleep.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I liked the self-service shop. It was very convenient. The hotel decor was lovely and inviting..
My shower was quite small, and the toilet was very close to the opposite wall, making it uncomfortable to sit normally.

cold room air conditioning
the staff were helpful and pleasant the breakfasts were also good
i found the room cold the air conditioning seemed to constantly revert to rest mode requiring me to reset it every night this disrupted my sleep and was quite annoying even with the room card left in the slot to maintain power the air conditioning would still switch off the lack of daily cleaning was also a letdown

canals location convenient shop clean room useful facilities
The location is superb. it is right on the canals, and shopping and the train station are within easy reach. the standard double room was a good size and very clean. i found the 24/7 self-service shop very convenient. the facilities were useful. I felt at ease.
the room lacked a fridge. the b lift sometimes took as long as 10 minutes to arrive. it wasn't ideal, but i managed . i worked around this minor inconvenience.

perfect location wonderful service comfortable bed
The location is PERFECT. Near everything. The staff provided WONDERFUL service and were so helpful. Beds were comfortable and ensured a GOOD night's sleep. I appreciated how clean it was.
The room lacked a fridge. This meant I had to get ice regularly if I wanted a cold drink.
