the executive club lounge staff were helpful especially duen and her team. they attended to all our needs with warm smiles and great attention to detail this. their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. the housekeeping team ensured that everything was in perfect order with our room always impeccably cleaned and the view superb.

the club experience seemed like a fairytale, the host's attentiveness added magic to our stay. every staff member displayed a genuine and warm attitude. the rooms are always super clean. i recommend the experience and atmosphere of the hotel.
i think they must improve waiting times for the lifts, specially when you are in the highest floors. it is unconvenient waiting a long time when you go out.
