missing bedunreliable wifi

the promised extra bed for my kid never materialized and the staff seemed to be doing anything than solving the issue. also, the wifi was about as reliable as a politician promise. it cut out at the worst moments. streaming a movie was a joke and work calls suffered. i'm not sure what other guest do but i expect better.

the kids area is really good, and it was well maintained. the staff was friendly to all guests. some staff speak english well, they were able to guide on activities.

the cleanliness requires more attention from stuff. i did see a bathroom glass with lipstick marks, that suggests it has not been properly cleaned. the pillows in the room were not very comfortable, i hope next time they have softer pillows.
