I enjoyed my time here. My room included a nice balcony. The seaview was really good from my room. The location is AMAZING. They have a private beach and outdoor swimming pools that i liked.
The room I stayed in felt OLD. There was a big stain on the sofa. The bathroom was kinda smelly, i think.

the staff was attentive! the service was prompt and efficient. the location is beachfront with direct access, a real highlight. i appreciate the free shuttle service to terminal 21, so convenient!!!
I had difficulty with the air conditioning. The room felt humid at times. the sheets felt slightly damp, a minor inconvenience.

The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection. I enjoyed the open seating area overlooking the beach. there is a beach bar and restaurant that serves all day, a plus. the food was AMAZING!!!

the staff ensured my poolside room was refreshed daily, an excellent touch. the reception arranged wheel chairs for senior citizens with walking difficulties, which really showed their attention to the guests. it was appreciated.

There are two large pools near the beach plus a gym. A decent size with equipment. the exec and club lounge overlooks the beach. daily activities are offered, a nice touch for everyone.

the check-in process was smooth the staff were warm mario at the welcome desk showed great affection he understood my request i celebrated a special day and he upgraded me to a sea view room hospitality is top notch
the room was not clean i saw trash under the couch on the balcony i noticed spider webs on the hanger in the closet the closet smelled like old wet wood the room had a humid smell the hotel is old

The room felt dated. There was a noticeable musty smell in the bathroom. The gym, while well-equipped, had machines showing signs of wear. The service could have been more consistent. Staff seemed to prioritize guests who tipped generously.
