i found my room very clean, spacious, and beds super comfy. the hotel arranged a transfer from the airport, and it was reliable. staff provided great advice on tours and local insights, a SUPER plus. the receptionist EVEN contacted the auschwitz museum on my behalf for a special needs request.

The staff assisted with directions to local attractions.
My room faced the street, and traffic noise was disruptive. Earplugs should be provided as standard. Housekeeping was inconsistent. They missed replacing toiletries one day, a major oversight. The breakfast selection was minimal. Hot options were often lukewarm. I expect better for what I paid.

the staff was very friendly and helpful , offering advice when needed. i really enjoyed the decent breakfast with a good variety of choices. the hotel arranged tours, including convenient pickup right at the front , saving time.
i found that the room had a lack of tissues , and toiletries were small.

the hotel had games and puzzles available , a welcome addition during rainy weather. a vodka tasting occurred nightly. the location was a brief five minute walk from the city center.
