excellent experience
large rooms outdoor restaurant
this boutique hotel sits right on the square. the hotel has large rooms, some as huge suites. rooms include tea, water, and toiletries, all replaced daily. the hotel provided tokens for daily coffee at the outdoor restaurant.
the receptionist's attitude changed after a minibar charge dispute. she accused us of lying about a soft drink. this.

my rented rooms were large and spacious. the housekeeping staff came through daily. they changed sheets, made beds, and cleaned the bathroom. all towels were replaced.

unclear policy unprofessional behaviour
the minibar policy was not clear, it led to an unpleasant discussion during checkout. i was asked to pay for a soft drink i did not consume. the receptionist's attitude changed, i found her behaviour unacceptable and unprofessional. there was a lack of understanding, it.
