the staff was very friendly and helpful i found the japanese restaurant offered tasty food the front door staff were also always available and ready to assist with directions or taxis. the position of the hotel made getting around quite easy for exploring.
the room design felt a little outdated for my taste a refresh could elevate the overall experience.

The room was spacious. it had all the needed toiletries. the window blinds made the room very dark in the morning. I found this useful. the housekeeping staff left nice notes.
I found only three electricity sockets in the room. It was not enough! one socket stopped working when i switched off certain lights. the bed skirt had a stain. I noticed it immediately.

a decent stay

great locationattentive staffuncomfortable beddamaged items
the location proved excellent. it allowed easy access to nearby restaurants and the canal. i also found the staff amazing. they were professional and attentive to my needs.
the bed was not very comfortable. my back suffered . several items in the room seemed broken or damaged. i noted issues with the hairdryer and the blind button.
